Cape Schanck circuit - open trail trekking 12 km 4 hrs
This morning you will enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the hotel before departing for your trek. It is a short drive to the richly historic and incredibly scenic Cape Schanck area of the Mornington Peninsula. Our circuit trek today starts and finishes slightly inland. The first part of the trail we walk through shady bushland and then out on to open pastures before sighting the coastline. Continuing on to the Cape Schanck Lighthouse we have time to explore the historic buildings as well as make a return trip to the rocky point. It is a truly breathtaking scenic area to enjoy. Lunch today is a trekker picnic down on the waters edge at Bushranger's Bay.
After we return to Sorrento to give you time to wander the shops. There are some very lovely boutiques to visit.
Late in the afternoon we travel by private vehicle to the Peninsula Hot Springs to relax and refresh in the vast hot pools. On arrival into the private, adults only area, you will be given a fluffy robe and towel to use while at the Hot springs. The natural thermal waters are packed full of wonderful minerals to work on tired muscles and rejuvenate the mind!
We enjoy a delicious evening meal in the Hot Springs restaurant, with a glass of wine, beer or soft drink. The evening is ours to take as long as we like enjoying the many pools and experiences the Hot Springs has to offer.
We return by bus to our hotel, relaxed and ready for a wonderful nights sleep.

Squeezing in a 9 holes close by at Sorrento Golf Club this morning may make this your 'best ever day'! After a good round we return to our accommodation for showers and glam up time in preparation for a wonderful degustation lunch at the acclaimed Polperro winery and restaurant.
At Polperro, farmer and chef work hand-in-hand: planning what to sow, preparing beds, germinating seeds, cover cropping, transplanting to bring the very best produce to your plate.
They grow from their own saved seedbank while championing heirloom varietals and interesting cultivars. Nurturing an ingredient from seed to harvest to ensures it preparation in a way that honours its integrity.
The produce is harvested at its peak and eaten at its peak. A true celebration of the land and the nourishment it provides.
