Trek Noosa Coastal Walk 8-11kms (3 - 4 hours)
All Girl Trekkers are to be at Noosa by 10am, trek ready, if flying in the day before.
Departing by private bus we venture to the beautiful beaches of Noosa and in to the iconic Noosa National Park to explore the area on foot. There is free time to enjoy a casual lunch at your leisure or grab a take away and sit at the beach. Later we come together for an afternoon tea or drink on Hastings Street.
This afternoon, following a full morning of walking and sight seeing, we head to our boutique accommodation to be welcomed by our gorgeous hosts. We enjoy some relaxation time, followed a delicious home made meal.

Trek: Pinbarren to Cooran, 10-12kms, 3-4hrs
Get set for an interesting day out on the trails. We will enjoy an early breakfast at our accommodation and set off trek ready, by private transfer to the Noosa Biosphere Trails for a morning of walking in gorgeous countryside and farmland.
Following our countryside trek, we head out to Lily Pily Farm for a private tour of this Eco Farm and an insightful look in to how to begin your own kitchen garden. Your guide will have sourced locally made delicacies for your picnic lunch at the farm. Nutritionist, bee keeper and organic farmer Sarah Lees-Barton will take you on a tour of her Hinterland farm where you will learn about organic farming and nutrient dense foods, how to grow and set up your own garden and harvest fresh produce from the farm to make a delicious treats to nourish your body for your adventures to come.
Departing the farm we head back to our accommodation for a relaxation time in the beautiful, tranquil gardens where we stay. A late afternoon yoga session rounds up our day before we head out for a special dinner at a Noosa favourite.

We depart early after breakfast and enjoy locally roasted coffee on the Noosa Riverside.
Then off to join our local guides and spend the day on the water in kayaks exploring the world heritage Noosa Everglades. Immerse yourself in pristine wilderness as you explore one of just two Everglades in the world. A stunning place of serene natural beauty – bursting with more than 44% of Australia’s bird life, and 1365 plant species. The Noosa Everglades system comprises magnificent lakes and the meandering Upper Noosa River wilderness. This unique landscape is best explored by kayak to really connect and experience its natural beauty and serenity. We will use streamlined locally handcrafted expedition sea kayaks for maximum cruising pleasure. A picnic lunch and coffee/tea is provided.
In the late afternoon we return to our accommodation for some relaxation time and yoga, before a delicious dinner in house.

Noosa Coastal and bush trails: 10-12kms 3hrs
This morning we have an early breakfast and checkout of our accommodation. We walk on some of the lesser known trails in the Noosa National Park, taking in a circuit to explore coastal views, secluded bays, rainforest canopies and beautiful shady trails.
After our walk, we have time for a dip in the ocean and then enjoy early lunch at a local Noosa restaurant. We say farewell and depart Noosa around 1.30pm. Should you wish to stay on in Noosa for some extra nights, please let us know.
